Syzygy Training and Consulting specializes in working with youth-serving organizations and camps. But we find our experiential learning approach translates broadly to many other industries.  

We offer workshops and facilitated activities designed to foster workforce cohesion, promote alignment with organizational mission, and develop personal understanding and connection at all levels of your organization. We customize our activities to meet your organizational needs.

We also offer CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard training to meet health department and organizational requirements.
